One of my coworkers brought me some fresh strawberry's that she had bought too many of. I am not a fan of strawberry's. But, I figured I may as well make some jam for Christmas presents! :D See working on Christmas already! ;)
I noticed on the package of Surejell there is a recipe for jam using Splenda. I may try that with raspberries or blackberry's.
All the jars sealed, YAY! I will decorate them on Sunday when we return from camping. Can't wait for raspberry season!
