I finally received the bags I ordered from clearbags so I could finish up a couple of the goodie bags we are going to sell for Relay for Life. I LOVE them! I just need to gather a few friends from work together to help me get the first 100 put together so we can start our fundraising next week!!!
We are going to sell them for $1.00 each, we will do them for Valentines day, St. Patricks day, Easter, and sell some that are decorated for Relay for Life. The bags are 1x8 inches. Each bag holds 28 m&ms. I found the idea from here. And the bags from here, yes I have 500 of them... LOL!!! But I don't think I will have them for long ;) I am hoping they will sell really well!

Mini Photo Shoot projects
I have been having fun with the prints I had printed at Costco of Scott and I from our mini photo shoot! I had several prints made into 8x8 (like the one above). Treasury had an open house today so I was able to purchase a couple 24x24 canvases for $15.00 each. I am headed out shortly to see if I can find some paper to use to finish decorating the canvas, I am thinking 8x8 squares of decorative paper... hmm maybe a couple embellishments too? Buttons or seashells or something?
I picked these up this morning at Treasury too, not sure what I am going to do with them yet.
The above is a kit...
That is becoming this! Just waiting for it to finish drying and I will find a home for it. We are headed to my company Holiday Party this evening! Hope you are having a FUN day!

Mini Photo Shoot 2010
A couple weeks ago I dragged Scott to a mini photo session that Carly Tee Photography was having at the Treasury of Memories warehouse.
It was fun to just have a few random pictures of the two of us!
I can't wait to get some of these printed up and into the empty frames in the studio! :)
Thanks for stopping by this evening. Have a good night...

Valentine goodie sneak peeks!
Before I show you the sneak peeks of the Valentine goodies, I thought I would show you the other two notebooks. I could only find 2 of the rhinestone HOPE so I bought 1 metal HOPE. I LOVE them!
Here is a closeup of the metal one...
And the rhinestone one! Hard to choose which one I like better, so I will let Jessica and Amber pick first!
Above are some tags that will be going on the goodie bags. I ordered 500 from clearbags.com, they should be here sometime this week.
I am really pleased with my new camera! The closeup photos are SO much better than before!

Valentines Day
Relay for Life notebooks...
We started off the day with homemade whole wheat and honey pancakes, topped with my homemade blueberry syrup I canned this summer, and sausage.
Then I started working on these notebooks for Jessica, Amber and myself for Relay for Life this year. I was so happy when I went to Michael's last night because I found the HOPE rhinestones and the ribbon stamp. (Among other things ;))
I altered one of the purse calendars from Michael's to match our notebooks! And made a little pocket in the back of the notebook to keep it handy.
I had to add a matching pen!
I gave the notebook 3 sections using a divider punch I have. I am very pleased with how it turned out! Now I have two more to do!
When I went to Michael's last night I was so HAPPY to see the white photo boxes I needed to finish up the studio on sale 3 for $5.00! That is quite a savings from $4.49 each! I just need to find some time to finish organizing! LOL!
I used my 50% off coupon from last week to buy one of the shelves for the studio, and Scott and I went back this morning with 2 more coupons, again, just need to find the time to paint these up so Scott can put them on the wall for me!
Koko was trying to help with the crafting! She got a paper punch stuck on her nose, and was not happy that she could not get it off!

A day with Jessica :)
My friend Jessica and I got to spend the day together! We went to one of my favorite places in Fairhaven for tea and scones, Abby Tea Garden!
This is Jessica, sipping her Chai tea (they make the best Chai, IMHO!) and admiring her lovely lunch of tea sandwiches, fruit and a scone!
I tried to behave and had the tomato lentil soup! Yummy! But, I did have the Chai tea and a scone too!
The scone was yummy too!
I LOVE the way they mix and match different china patterns!

We spent the rest of the day shopping! We walked through Fairhaven to a few different shops, then dove to Paper Zone to check out the paper products. We have quite a few projects to work on for Relay For Life this year, starting with Valentine goodies! We hit JoAnn fabrics and then went to Barleans for fresh Salmon. It was a great day! Next time maybe Sarah can come?!? Oh and I guess I should let Jessica pick out a few places she wants to go to ;) Thanks Jessica!
After my fun day shopping with Jessica, the hubby and I went for a walk around Lake Padden.
We are still having very mild temperatures, it was in the high 50's today.
After our walk we cooked the Salmon from Barleans for dinner on the BBQ with some fresh carrots and snowpeas... then I went to Michaels :) didn't realize they were having a great sale too! I'll be back with that post later!

Paper Flowers
I have seen these paper flowers ALL over blog land, so I thought I would make a few to put on clothes pins to hang photos in my Studio... I used a scalloped circle punch to cut 9 circles. (Yes, I did use an old book) I crunched them all up then straightened them out. Put a hole in the middle of them all and used a brad to keep them all together. Tied some floss through a button and glued it over the brad then attached them to the clothes pin and here they are! (below)
I heart them! :)
I added a butterfly too! I cut it from my Cricut and added rinestones.
